I'm new how do I order?
Welcome to Miss Real's website. All items you see are available to buy on-line, select the item you wish to buy, select the colour and size required and add to the basket. Then go back and add more if you wish, if not then proceed to the checkout.
Do you have a catalogue?
No we don't have a catalogue, but new items are added to the site continuously. Please keep checking www.missreal.com for more information.
Do you have a shop?
No we don't currently have a shop, but we do have concessions and independent shops that stock our product within the UK, Ireland and Europe. Please check the stockist's page for more information.
Can I contact you by phone?

Will you be getting more in?
Unfortunately some items will be out of stock or be removed from the website altogether if discontinued. We may repeat a style or occasionally customers will return items to us. We would advise you keep checking the site for your desired item; it may become available again, or check your local stockists.
I need more information about the product?
We include as much information as possible on the product page itself, and our sizing guide! If you need any more information regarding a product, please quote the product code and email

This means we are temporarily out of stock or it has been discontinued. Please keep checking on-line as we may get returned items, or check our stockist's page for your local retailer who may have your desired item available.
The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately we cannot advise you in advance of the reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have ordered.

What cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards;
What currency do you use?
Unfortunately at this stage we only accept UK Pound Sterling. Please keep a look out for changes to this policy.
Can I pay by another method?
Cheque-Goods will be delivered once the cheque has cleared
Bank transfer
Postal order-goods will delivered once the postal order has been received.
Is it safe to order online?
To Use your credit/debit card securely; you will be transferred away from www.missreal.com to a secure site. The secure site is hosted by and operated by our bankers HSBC.
Don't be put off that the style of the website changes completely - this is deliberate, as the site that you are accessing is run by HSBC Bank, a principal member of the HSBC Group, one of the largest banking and financial services organisations. HSBC will undertake the card transaction on our behalf.
Your personal card details are securely held by HSBC and at no stage will your card details ever be divulged to us.
On successful completion of the transaction you will automatically be returned to www.missreal.com
Receipt?
Receipt will be sent automatically via email.
Can you deliver at an agreed hiding place?
No delivery can only be made to the address supplied when placing orders and a signature is always required.
Can someone else sign for the delivery?
Yes they can, but this is at your own risk.
